Jake — thanks for the detailed breakdown, and great to meet you as well.
Totally aligned on your sequencing: get the site fully live first, then move into tracking + optimization + cleanup. As long as we preserve SEO equity and avoid rework, that’s the right order.
1) Ownership + “source of truth”
Based on what you shared, here’s how I’m proposing we define lanes for the next phase:
- Website build/migration + launch execution: you (Jake)
- CRM (LeadSimple migration + setup): LeadSimple + TJ/Christina (with you supporting integrations once requirements are clear)
- Hosting/DNS/tracking: we should clarify and assign an owner this week (so launch + tracking doesn’t get blocked)
- GTM container access: we need to confirm who owns it ASAP; if we can’t get access quickly, we’ll spin up a new container and re-tag clean so measurement isn’t held hostage.
If you’re good with it, I’ll capture these in a simple “source of truth” page and keep it updated as decisions get made.
2) Blog migration (250 posts)
